How it works
kapiche is one simple loop, repeated. Call what happens, back it up, and let it resolve. Every resolved call builds a track record you can show off.
The loop
Everything on kapiche is a pot: a question with two sides. The loop around it never changes:
Call it by picking a side. Back it up by committing your stake - points or your own USDC. Resolve when the result comes in, decided by the source or by chosen referees. Then your reputation updates, so being right consistently means something.

Two ways to play
Every pot runs in one of two currencies, and you can do both. They never mix.
Free points (play money)
Everyone gets free points: 500 on signup, plus a daily drip. Use them to call public pots in the Discover feed for fun and to build your track record. Points are never shown with a dollar sign and can never be cashed out.
Real money with friends
Run private pots with people you know, using your own USDC on Solana. You play with your own funds and pay each other directly, peer-to-peer. 18+.

How pots resolve
Some pots are settled by people: a referee you choose calls the result. Real-money pots always require choosing a referee.
Many public pots mirror Polymarket and auto-resolve straight from the source, so no one has to step in. The dollar volume shown on those pots is Polymarket's real volume, clearly attributed, never the kapiche pot's own points.
Reputation is the point
